CPUC Decision on TOU Grandfathering

The CPUC just issued a revised proposed decision in the proceeding to create guidelines for TOU rates. Part of the decision creates terms and conditions for solar customers to be grandfathered on the existing TOU time periods when the IOUs change summer peak periods to later in the day.
