Customer confidence in products and workmanship is key to achieving our mission.

We have a Code of Ethics which includes extensive Consumer Protection Rules that our members must comply with to be considered in good standing. The California Solar & Storage Association has established an Ethics Committee to investigate complaints from solar customers who have done business with a member.

Complaints may be investigated by the California Solar & Storage Association if a complete Authorization to Investigate is received by the association.
