*Member dues are based off of your self-reported revenue from the combined total of your California revenue from solar energy and storage related products and/or services from the last fiscal year. Please note: your revenue is used for billing purposes only and is kept confidential within CALSSA.
Dues can be paid in full or in monthly installments. Via check, credit card or ACH.
Membership is annual - based on the anniversary date of application or renewal.
Startups - are eligible for a discounted rate of $650 yearly/ $55 monthly. The start-up discount applies only if they are less than 2 years old from the date of the business's articles of incorporation. Startup members can receive this level of membership for the first 2 years of membership only.
Non-Profits & Educational Organizations - rate of $1,000 yearly/ $84 monthly.
New Market Entrants - this category is for established companies that moved into the solar/storage or California market in the past 12 months regardless of solar and/or storage-related revenue level. Rate: $2,100 yearly/ $175 monthly.
PRESIDENT'S CIRCLE
For an additional amount of $5,000 per year your company can become a leader in the Association. Our President’s Circle highlights and engages members that want to go above and beyond basic membership to support our special campaigns each year. Unique benefits of the President’s Circle include: prominent logo and web link on the homepage of our website, your logo in our Annual Report, a rotating feature in our monthly Member Spotlight Newsletter, and more.
Contributions and dues paid to the California Solar & Storage Association are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. However, up to 50% of contributions and dues may be deductible as ordinary and necessary business expenses. Fifty percent of contributions and dues are associated with lobbying activities and therefore are not deductible for federal income tax purposes. Please consult with your tax advisor for further details.
SUNPAC
Contribute to our SUNPAC to support champions of clean energy in the California state legislature. The growth of the California's solar and storage industry is dependent, in large part, on strong state policy.
