Recent CPUC decisions have established an attractive incentive of $0.85/Watt-hour for storage projects sited at disadvantaged and low-income residences and the public agencies that serve them. A higher incentive of $1.00/Watt-hour is available for certain vulnerable, disadvantaged, and low-income residents in high fire threat areas and facilities that provide critical services to them. In setting up these programs, the CPUC has created a confusing web of overlapping eligibility criteria. On this webinar, CALSSA staff will do a deep dive on eligibility requirements for these incentives.
