REGIONAL CHAPTER EVENTS
2026 Sponsorship opportunities
CALSSA’s Regional Chapter Events are one of the most efficient ways to meet and engage with solar and storage contractors in California.
In 2026, CALSSA will host two statewide Chapter Tours. Each tour consists of seven in-person Chapter Events:
Six core Chapter Region meetings (see below for list of regions), plus
One rotating bonus event in an additional market.
Sponsors are featured at every stop on the tour they select.
2026 Chapter Tour Schedule (Tentative)
Spring Chapter Tour – 7 events total
Week of April 27 – Southern California Chapter Regions
Week of May 11 – Northern California Chapter Regions
Winter Chapter Tour – 7 events total
Week of November 30 – Northern California Chapter Regions
Week of December 14 – Southern California Chapter Regions
Events are typically held from 4–6 PM at a local brewery or restaurant. Across a full tour, Chapter Events have historically drawn more than 150 unique contracting businesses. Contractors attend to:
Connect with peers and industry partners
Enjoy food, drink, and informal networking
Hear the latest on technologies, services, and offerings
Get briefed on the political and regulatory landscape directly affecting their businesses
Where We Go
Each Chapter Tour always includes one event in each of CALSSA’s six core Chapter Regions:
North Bay
Bay Area
Sacramento
Central Valley
Los Angeles
San Diego
In addition, each tour includes one bonus event in a rotating “emerging” or sub-market—such as Chico, Paso Robles, Palm Desert, or Bakersfield—which is selected based on member interest and venue availability. We will have different locations for the Spring and Winter Tour bonus events.
Sponsor Package (Per Chapter Tour)
Cost: $15,000 per Chapter Tour (Spring or Winter)
Availability: 4 sponsor spots per tour (includes all 7 events on that tour)
As a Chapter Tour Sponsor, your company receives:

Targeted Promotions:

The opportunity to host a small, invitation-only dinner or gathering with select Chapter registrants after one event on your tour. CALSSA will:
Provide the registrant list for that event,
Allow your team to identify the specific individuals you’d like to invite, and
Send the invitations on your behalf to that group for a sponsor-hosted dinner or meetup tied to that Chapter Event.

Webinar Series #2: 2026 CALSSA Policy Webinar Series
CALSSA webinars are the go-to source for our members to receive timely analysis on the policy and regulatory developments that shape their business decisions. Since launching the series in 2023, these webinars have averaged over 850 registrants and nearly 500 live attendees per event, representing a broad cross-section of California’s solar and storage market.
In 2026, CALSSA will present a series of four 60-minute webinars spread throughout the year, each focused on a timely, high-impact topic for the industry. Every webinar will feature one exclusive sponsor, positioned at the beginning of the webinar, before CALSSA’s policy segment.
At the start of each webinar, the exclusive sponsor will join a CALSSA staff member for a 15-minute live interview and Q&A, giving your company a dedicated platform to explain how you help contractors navigate policy shifts, changing economics, and new market opportunities. Following the sponsor segment, CALSSA will deliver our in-depth policy and regulatory briefing.
Exclusive Sponsor Benefits (Per Webinar)

High-visibility branding in all promotions and on the event page: Your logo on all marketing emails about that webinar and on the registration page, aligning your brand with CALSSA’s trusted policy content.
In-webinar recognition and slide placement: Your logo and sponsor slide displayed during your segment, reinforcing your message while you speak.
