REGIONAL CHAPTER EVENTS
New Schedule for 2025!
We are expanding and re-organizing our hugely successful chapter events to provide a bigger bang for the buck. Now held twice a year and more spread out, CALSSA’s regional chapter events are California’s hottest business-to-business networking opportunities.
In 2025, these events will be held in different regions around the state, reaching not only our well established markets but also emerging or harder-to-reach ones. The event tours will happen two times during the year and we will stagger the northern and southern events. Tentative dates are as follow:
Week of May 12 - NorCal
Week of April 28 - SoCal
Week of November 17 - SoCal
Week of December 8 - NorCal
Chapter events are typically held from 4 - 6 PM at a local brewery or restaurant and attract more than 150 unique contracting businesses each round who come to mingle, enjoy good food and drink, and learn about the latest technologies and services as well as the political and regulatory landscape.
Sponsor Benefits:
A full list of registrants and attendees for each event.
Your logo on all event marketing emails and the registration pages.
A table at each event to put out materials, signs, and speak with attendees.
A brief interview by CALSSA staff with a representative from your company at the start of the program to highlight your offerings.
The opportunity to highlight a promotion you're offering to attendees in the body of one of our email communications about the Chapter events.
The opportunity to invite chapter registrants of your choice to one post-chapter event organized by your company (details to be worked out with CALSSA).
Our regional chapter events occur in San Diego, LA metro, Bay Area, Fresno, North Bay, and Sacramento. We also organize additional bonus events in sub-markets such as Bakersfield, Chico, the central coast, and the high desert. There are 4 sponsorship spots per combined event tour.
Sponsorship cost: $15,000 per northern and southern tour (combined)
Webinars
Throughout the year
CALSSA webinars are the go-to source for our members to receive expert analysis on the latest policy and regulatory matters impacting their business. Since beginning this series in 2023, these webinars have averaged over 900 registrants and over 500 attendees per webinar. In 2025, CALSSA will present a series of six webinars spread out over the year on timely and pressing topics for the industry. Each webinar will be an hour and a half long. We are offering six companies the opportunity to sponsor this series for the year. Sponsors will receive the following benefits:

A single 130-word commercial written by you and read by a CALSSA staffer accompanied by a slide. The commercial will be read either at the start or halfway through the webinar.

SOlar Battle of the Bands - Sponsorships are sold out for 2025!

The best solar party of the year is back! We’re joining forces with Intersolar & Energy Storage North America (IESNA) to make Solar Battle of the Bands the official networking party for IESNA 2025 in San Diego. The event will be held at Moonshine Flats, near the convention center, on February 26, 2025 from 6 to 11 PM.

Annual Dinner & Stand Up For Solar Fundraiser
October 2025 (exact date tbd)
Don your finest and join us for a night to remember and to celebrate the California solar and storage industry, at our Annual Dinner & Stand Up For Solar event in the Bay Area. This event offers high-quality decision makers and leaders in the industry a chance to mix and mingle while supporting the Association. This is a great opportunity to cultivate relationships in the industry, maximize exposure in CALSSA and position your company as a leader in California’s solar and storage industry.
Sponsorship cost: Ranges from $2,500 to $12,500

Digital Advertising
Show your support for CALSSA and promote your brand at the same time! We offer several opportunities to support CALSSA via our weekly newsletter and our monthly Member Spotlight newsletter. Both emails are distributed to over 6,000 high quality contacts in our member database, with an above industry average open rate.

Online Auction
Our online auction is convenient and easy way to support CALSSA. All proceeds benefit the solar and storage industry in California and can be an opportunity to offer your products or services to new or returning customers.
