Paula Mints

Paula Mints is the Founder and Chief Market Research Analyst of the global solar market research firm SPV Market Research. Ms. Mints began her solar market research career in 1997 with Strategies Unlimited. In 2005 she left Strategies Unlimited for Navigant where she continued her practice as a Director in Navigant's Energy Practice until October 2012, when she founded SPV Market Research. Ms. Mints is the author of many articles on the economics and behavior of the solar industry. Ms. Mints is currently Vice Chair of the Silicon Valley Photovoltaic Society, and IEEE Chapter.
Jon Norling

Jon is a seasoned renewable energy attorney with experience working as general counsel for a regional energy developer in the process of developing over 1,500 MW of wind, solar and wave energy projects. Jon has represented clients in all aspects of renewable energy project development and finance, including asset acquisitions, divestitures, document drafting and negotiations, and due diligence analysis.
Jon is an adjunct professor at Lewis & Clark Law School, where he teaches classes on renewable energy and climate change. He serves on the Oregon State Bar Law-Sustainability Task Force. Jon is the former chair of the energy section of the Oregon State Bar and was recognized by the Portland Business Journal as one of Portland's "Forty under 40" in 2008. Jon holds a J.D. degree from Northwestern School of Law of Lewis & Clark College and a B.A. from Middlebury College.
