It was expected to wrap up with a final decision in January or February of this year, but the campaign is now stretching into the late spring and possibly early summer. That said, a revised proposed decision is imminent.
Under pressure from the utilities and their political allies in Sacramento, the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) is about to profoundly change the policy that forms the backbone of the solar & storage industry in California. This decision will directly impact the businesses and jobs of tens of thousands of people in the state.
