Changes to Rule 21 Interconnection Process for Commercial Projects

The California IOUs have overhauled the Rule 21 interconnection review process for systems larger than 30 kW. Fast Track review will now be based on pre-determined hosting capacity known as Integration Capacity Analysis (ICA).
