Voting Rules

Eligibility

Must be a member in good standing.

Board members are elected in a democratic fashion with each member company getting one vote for each seat. There is no pay-to-play structure. The ballot link will be emailed to the member company’s official liaison. Each member company is able to submit one, and only one, ballot. Additional ballots submitted by the same member company will cause all of its ballots to be invalidated.

If you would like to change your liaison or to get back in good standing if your membership has temporarily lapsed, please contact our Membership Director
